The two sides will discuss the recent process presented by the Agency, which aims to force the production of legal advice documents that Ripple has received on the XRP monitoring status.

The Securities and Exchange Commission is creating trouble before Ripple launches an attack.

The judge has not yet decided whether the regulator can send memorandum requests to its overseas counterparts to obtain information from foreign exchange offices and the defendants' partners. A conference on the subject was held on 30 April.
