The head of the Economic Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly emphasized: "Following this report, decisions have been made about the activity of cryptocurrencies in the country, which are a kind of legal provisions in line with the activities of cryptocurrencies and have specified the duties of the Ministries of Energy and Silence."

The MP said: "In the form of these decisions, we are looking for the cryptocurrency activity in the country to have its own framework and laws."

محمدرضا پورابراهیمی با اشاره به گزارش کمیسیون اقتصادی درباره رمز ارزها، گفت: گزارش اولیه کمیسیون اقتصادی مجلس درباره رمز ارز‌ها در قالب ماده ۴۵ آئین نامه داخلی مجلس تهیه شده است.

وی افزود: این گزارش قرار است به زودی در صحن علنی مجلس  قرائت شود.

رئیس کمیسیون اقتصادی مجلس شورای اسلامی تاکید کرد: در ذیل این گزارش تصمیماتی درباره فعالیت رمز ارزها در کشور گرفته شده که آن تصمیمات به نوعی احکام قانونی در راستای فعالیت رمز ارزهاست و تکالیف وزراتخانه ‌های نیرو و صمت را در این راستا مشخص کرده است.

این نماینده مجلس بیان داشت: در قالب این تصمیمات به دنبال این هستیم که فعالیت رمز ارزها در کشور چارچوب و قوانین خاص خود را داشته باشد.

پورابراهیمی تاکید کرد: به عنوان مثال وزرات اقتصاد باید به نحوی نظارت کند که در قالب این فعالیت، پولشویی صورت نگیرد و یا اینکه وزرات نفت مکلف می‌شود تا خوراک نیروگاه‌ها را به نحوی تامین کند تا نیروگاه‌ها برق تولید کنند.

رئیس کمیسیون اقتصادی مجلس شورای اسلامی بیان داشت: هدف کمیسیون اقتصادی این است که یک فعالیت اقتصادی در کشور شکل گیرد و از ظرفیت انرژی در کشور استفاده شود و همه این موارد بتواند اثر مثبتی در اقتصاد کشور داشته باشد اما به نحوی که این فعالیت‌ها قانونمند شود.
